Students will learn proper breathing techniques and yoga poses. These techniques will progress gradually in each class so the students are always learning something new each week. Other topics include posture, alignment and raising awareness about our autonomous system. Yoga helps in flexibility by bringing greater range of motion to muscles and joints, increases strength, improves alignment and tones the muscles. This ancient Indian practice will stay with students for life.
