Yoga for Every Body 1

The class will consist of warm ups, yoga poses, pranayam, yoga nidra and every class we will learn a little about the Yamas and Niyamas written by Sage Pantanjali for character development and self care. Be prepared to be more flexible in body, mind and spirit.
