Yoga for Every Body 2

Class will focus on improving strength and alignment with mindfulness.  Class will go through a sequence of asana with breath awareness .  Part of class focus on yogic breathing and Yoga Philosophy by Sage Patanjali. This class is suitable for beginners. All levels are welcome.
